What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead luxury retail and brand operations, bringing together inventory, supply chain, digital projects, visual execution, and premium client experience across multi-boutique networks.

I'm responsible for end-to-end operations for Rolex, Tudor, Ole Lynggaard, Swiss Kubik, and Scatola del Tempo across five Rhodium boutiques, from stock allocation and replenishment to import, customs, transfers, and delivery follow-up.

I've supported Rhodium's e-commerce launch through product listing structure, inventory synchronisation, campaign integration, CMS updates, and digital content. I also coordinate VIP gifting, exclusive client experiences, visual materials, and operating procedures that keep boutiques aligned with brand requirements.

My retail background includes visual merchandising at Dior and Massimo Dutti, where I used sales reporting, product presentation, and brand guidelines to improve in-store execution.
