What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-level retail operations role that leverages planning/allocation skills, data tools (SAP/NEBIM), and a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.

I am a retail operations professional with a Bachelor's in Economics (English program) and 5.5 years of hands-on experience across stock control, cashiering, planning, allocation, and customer consultancy for major Turkish retailers. I delivered timely stock management, improved allocation processes, and resolved customer and operational crises while supporting business needs with accurate, data-driven decisions.

I contributed to university business club event organization and volunteered with social projects, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork and community engagement. I am seeking a role where I can apply my planning and allocation expertise, SAP/NEBIM knowledge, and analytical mindset to drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
