What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my commercial acumen, customer experience, relationship management, and retail operations skills as a Store Developer at L'Oréal.

I've managed guest operations at The Lodge at Jackson Hole and high-volume hospitality environments in Jackson, driving ancillary sales through personalized recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.

At Yero International Education Counseling, I managed a portfolio of 100–120 active clients, exceeded conversion and enrollment targets, and coordinated with international partners, accommodation providers, and external vendors to deliver tailored services. I've also optimized reservations, table flow, capacity, and VIP service at Glorietta Trattoria and a high-volume local restaurant handling 200+ daily reservations.
