At Amazon Development Centre, I serve as a Tech Lead in the Alexa Excellence Team, working on real-time monitoring and debugging across Alexa's ecosystem. I was the technical lead for Loggy, an AI agent that helps developers search logs, identify anomalous patterns, correlate events, and investigate root causes.
I designed and implemented an MCP server that connects AI agents to enterprise log-search capabilities, and a log-processing cost distribution mechanism that distributed over $10M in costs to customers. I also improved Elasticsearch indexing speed by 20% and reduced monthly high-severity tickets from an average of 14 to 2.
Earlier, I helped build Risor's chat-commerce platform from scratch and developed backend products at Unicommerce, including POS microservices and warehouse and order-management features. At Amazon, I also contributed to automating payment and incentive workflows for pickup points.
