At Amazon, I built a centralized request observability platform for seller enforcement workflows, combining end-to-end request tracing with GenAI-powered anomaly detection. It improved insight accuracy from about 70% to 85%, reduced customer support tickets by about 90%, and improved MTTR by about 60%.
I also improved Amazon Bazaar homepage latency by 40% through performance engineering, and identified infrastructure changes that saved $36K annually. Earlier, I launched the Amazon Pay Later CKYC registration process, increasing EMI adoption by 4% and registrations by 700 basis points.
