At Walmart Global Tech, I designed ModelWise to analyze LLM API usage, cost, token consumption, and prompt quality across three teams. I also built a model-recommendation engine to guide teams toward cost-optimal models.
I built OpsMind, an agentic AI system that uses RAG over runbooks and observability data to classify incidents, generate hypotheses, and provide on-call engineers with debugging guidance. I also own incident response and root-cause analysis for Walmart's distributed systems.
Previously at Walmart, I engineered SyncBridge, a Go and gRPC asset distribution service serving 2,000+ servers, and designed SPOG, a metrics exporter for monitoring and troubleshooting CDN traffic. Across earlier roles, I worked on Kubernetes environments and operators, deployment automation, and software reliability.
