I’m a Citrix Administrator and Windows 365 Engineer with 3+ years of experience across cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), and endpoint management. I focus on reliable service operations, performance optimization, and practical troubleshooting that keeps enterprise users productive.

In my current role as a Windows 365 Administrator, I provision, resize, and decommission Cloud PCs using Microsoft Intune. I perform remote troubleshooting—restart, reset, reimage, and rename—while managing Windows 365 licenses, enforcing user access compliance, and deploying updates, patches, and device policies. I also monitor service health and resolve provisioning/connectivity issues.

As a Citrix Administrator at MKS Instruments, I administer Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments and support enterprise users with L2/L3 troubleshooting. I upgraded the Citrix environment from 2203 to 2402, run health checks and login monitoring, and drive performance optimization. I’ve also created knowledge base documentation and delivered training sessions to improve team and user readiness.

My strength is end-to-end enterprise support: license management, system upgrades, patch deployment, and consistent incident handling.
