At Dialectica, I led complex research and consulting engagements for strategic clients, overseeing project scoping, research direction, analysis and delivery. My work spanned due diligence and corporate strategy projects across technology and other complex industries.
As Senior Manager EMEA, I managed a research team of more than 25 people across six Managers and developed training programs focused on research quality, analytical thinking and commercial awareness. I also mentored 12 Managers across EMEA and interviewed and hired more than 30 Associates.
Earlier at Dialectica, I conducted research across more than 100 projects in areas including AI, Healthcare, Biotech, Software, TMT and Retail. I progressed to Associate Manager, led a team of four, and later scaled the team from four to 12 professionals while overseeing three Associate Managers.
I also led regional growth initiatives that increased the user base by 150%, and the team tripled revenues over 2021–2023 to €2M in annual revenue. My formal training includes Data Analysis for Management at the London School of Economics.
