At BTS, I interview clients across industries to understand the business levers that drive profitability and growth. I collaborate with or lead small internal teams to design custom business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions.
I also facilitate workshops to help participants understand relevant content areas and manage accounts. In my current role as Senior Consultant, I continue this work at BTS.
Before BTS, I worked at BASF as a Regional Corporate Controller and Corporate Controller. I estimated budgets and forecasts, analyzed fixed costs, and aligned information from Country Clusters with Regional and Global teams.
At BASF, I also implemented improvements to simplify or automate KPI monitoring and participated in innovation and digitalization activities. I hold a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral and am a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
