What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and lead production AI systems where reliability, safety, measurable outcomes, and real user impact matter—especially in regulated, high-scale environments.

At Serenis, I built the AI function from zero and now lead a team delivering 6+ live products to 200k+ MAU. I built clinical documentation processing 100k+ therapy sessions monthly and an in-app agentic care companion for patient retention.

I build AWS-native AI platforms with Bedrock, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, and multi-provider model serving across Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini. I cut transcription inference costs by about 60%, built evaluation and observability workflows, and automated 70% of support work, saving roughly 1,200 hours per quarter.

Previously, I localized 1M+ product descriptions at Newtone, reduced ticket-resolution time from about 24 hours to minutes at Data Reply, and built forecasting, CV-matching, and real-time sentiment systems.
