I am a Research & Market Intelligence professional with a background in International Business, research, and higher education.

I currently teach International Business and Global Strategy at the University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Northampton and am pursuing a PhD in International Economics.

My research and professional interests include market research, international business, market entry, competitive analysis, cross-cultural management, green transition, and sustainable business.

I have experience conducting academic and applied research, including literature reviews, desk research, qualitative research, interviews, survey research, data analysis, and research report development. I have also worked on international research collaborations and cross-border projects with researchers and institutions in Europe and Asia.

Previously, I worked as a Supply Chain Intern at VNPT Technology, where I supported documentation, contracts, internal processes, and coordination with partners and customers.
