I am a dedicated educator and researcher with a strong background in business administration and data analytics. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Tomas Bata University, I graduated in the top 10% of my class, showcasing my commitment to academic excellence. My educational journey has been enriched by international experiences, including a student exchange program in Thailand and certifications in data analytics from prestigious institutions like Stanford University.

Currently, I serve as the Head of the General Department at the Institute for Partnerships and Development at Phu Xuan University, where I lead a team of researchers in securing international funding for sustainable projects. My previous role as Head of the Faculty of Business Administration allowed me to deliver over 2,000 hours of lectures and develop comprehensive training programs that align with industry standards. I am passionate about enhancing student employability and fostering a culture of innovation and research.

My research interests lie in the intersection of digital marketing and sustainable business practices, as evidenced by my published works and ongoing projects aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities through digital marketing strategies. I am committed to making a positive impact in my community and beyond, leveraging my skills and experiences to drive meaningful change.
