At Paws for Compassion, I plan projects from start to finish, coordinate activities across education, rescue, and events, and serve as the main contact for sponsors, schools, and departments. I ran two projects that met targets of 1,048 sterilizations and 1,439 rabies vaccinations, with nearly 100 rescues.
At Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA), I coordinated events across multiple cities and tracked project plans and budgets in Google Sheets, Excel, and Asana. Closer budget control cut costs by about 5%; earlier, as a Program Assistant at Center of Hands-on Actions and Networking for Growth and Environment (CHANGE) & WildAid Vietnam, I coordinated project timelines and delivered educational materials for environmental campaigns.
