At Startup Vietnam Foundation, I coordinate Co4Growth and K-Deep Tech Bridge initiatives, supporting startup founders, mentor networks, technology collaboration, and cross-border market access. I also lead field operations, workshops, student recruitment, orientation, and volunteer training for youth empowerment and global exchange programs.
