At Nam Cafe, I manage daily operations for a high-volume Vietnamese restaurant generating over $1 million in annual sales. I lead hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory, vendor relationships, and menu development.

I’ve built restaurant businesses from the ground up as a partner at Musubi Food Truck and developed loyal customer relationships through fresh food, fast service, and community engagement. Earlier, I supervised preparation and service for 500+ daily meals at Rice University.
