At Jinko Solar Vietnam, I lead international logistics across suppliers and logistics partners, covering freight, customs, and trade documentation. I manage 3PL providers, forwarders, and customs brokers, and prepare KPI reports on service levels and performance.
I handled returned shipments that could not be cleared at destination because of import tax policy, coordinating return documentation, customs procedures, and forwarders. I also track shipments in SAP and prepare operational reports in Excel.
At SEEN Technologies Corporation, I managed spare parts and replacement consumables for wastewater treatment equipment, tracking inventory and coordinating delivery to project sites. I prepared equipment cost estimates for ODA-funded projects and achieved 10–12% savings against budget.
I also supported field service engineers with on-site technical interpretation in English and Mandarin, and coordinated cross-border logistics with suppliers and logistics providers. Earlier, I coordinated air freight at DB Schenker Vietnam and machinery imports at Quang Ninh Mechanics Co., Ltd.
