Audit and analyze technician’s work via CNTM program
Ensure technician’s work codes are validly claimed and make corrections when necessary
Respond to escalations from technicians
Create and post work orders in CBS to pay technicians as needed on appropriate hub accounts
Manage and report any outstanding orders to technician supervisors

Assist field technicians by filling their inventory needs on a day to day basis that includes the following tasks: bringing the needed equipment to the technician at the front counter; scanning said equipment into the system; delivering parts field technician may need
Re-stock the front inventory when needed; Clean, scan, pack re-usable equipment into LPN's
Organize inventory for audits

- Respond to calls from field technicians via phone/email for technical support and customer support
- Enter appropriate data as specified from technicians into the dispatch system
- Oversee the progress of the field technicians day to ensure that they will arrive on time to appointed service calls/installs Inform customers of any issues with their appointments

Assign, coordinate, and manage work orders to field technicians
Organize, manage, and schedule out of scope work (installs, site surveys, pm’s)
Respond to incoming calls into the call center from across Canada from field
Data entry as specified from technicians into the dispatch system
Arrange security for technicians upon request
Report to Duty Manager/Territory Manager on a regular basis

Acted as a team player by assisting other legal secretaries with various tasks
Type out documents via dictaphone

Relieve main receptionist by answering calls on a multi-line switchboard

Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line switchboard
Greet and assist tourists by answering their questions, giving them appropriate pamphlets
