At Gridly Localization Platform, I own content strategy across the Help Center, blog, and product marketing. I led the Help Center migration from Helpjuice to HubSpot and improved search discoverability across more than 100 pages.
I also built internal automation tools for CRM syncing, usage reporting, and community monitoring, and I plan lifecycle campaigns and audit in-app billing and pricing copy.
Before Gridly, I worked as a UX Writer at BAEMIN Vietnam Food delivery app, Zalo Messaging app, and Firegroup Dropshipping solutions for Shopify. I integrated UX writing into BAEMIN’s development cycle, built content systems and guidelines, and created in-app content for web apps.
