Collaborated directly with the CEO, Product Owner, and Product Analyst to turn ideas into well-defined mobile designs. Due to an NDA, detailed project information cannot be shared.

Worked directly with the CEO (PMs) and stakeholders to translate the PRD into intuitive designs. Replaced a previous designer to improve the Lead Booster and XDeli products, collaborating with biz and dev teams to integrate the product into a client's service in Japan named ReloClub.

Worked with the product manager, business analyst, and Australian client to translate business requirements into high-quality products. Redesigned all screens, attracting 3,000+ beta users within the first week of launch with high daily active users.

Collaborated with dev team and Japanese client via Slack and Jira/Confluence to find the best solution for the Shaire and Shikomel projects. Managed a team of 2 juniors and redesigned iOS and Android mobile apps, resulting in an 18% increase in user retention and a 15% decrease in user churn rate.

Worked with the head of product development, marketing, content department, and data team to translate business requirements and user needs into products on Web (CMS, Inside Analytics, Inside V3, CRM...) and Mobile (Foxy, FPT Play). Mentored 3 design fellows and contributed to the FPTPlay app's growth to over 3M monthly active users.

Created playlists and albums, proposed improvements for the Admin/Moderator's CMS system, and managed users and traffic.

Completed the Google UX Design certificate.
