At Cybermedia Technologies LLC (CTEC), I served as Program Manager for a $59M DoD portfolio across two IDIQs. I contributed to both winning proposals; one IDIQ grew from $29M to $42M across 95+ task orders, and the other was valued at approximately $17M at my departure.

I prepared task order price files and quote packages with Finance and Contracts, validated PWS requirements with clients, and supported business development by writing proposal content and developing BOEs. I also rebuilt and standardized PMO processes and templates across task orders.

Previously, I managed FFP task order execution at GDIT (formerly CSRA LLC) and CSC, supporting delivery for government and DoD clients. I began in federal work as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer, developing training content for DoD clients.
