At Intel, I collaborated with successive Data Center GMs and VPs on program management, communications, and organizational initiatives. I managed executive communications for an 800-person organization and reported program status, risks, and decisions across regions.
I led concurrent cross-functional programs across multiple geographies, tracking risks, milestones, and schedules. When I caught technology roadmap issues and content errors, I replanned timelines to keep delivery on track.
I owned the strategy, budget, and execution for Intel’s Data Center Design Conference, using customer and staff feedback to improve attendance, satisfaction, cost savings, and on-time delivery year over year. I also standardized the call-for-topics process and built an AI-assisted topic review process.
Earlier, I managed global Mindbody University events and digital content at Mindbody, Inc., and developed communications and training materials for 18 California counties at Experis | Hewlett Packard Enterprise. I earned the Intel Quality Award in 2021 for operational excellence and impact.
