At Computer Associates International Inc., I designed and developed an Enterprise Knowledge Assistant using Azure OpenAI, GPT, and custom RAG to help people interact with enterprise documentation. I built document ingestion and retrieval pipelines and connected the assistant to enterprise applications through Python services and FastAPI APIs.

I also developed a RAG and agentic document-review platform, using LangChain and LangGraph to coordinate multi-step workflows, retrieval, and tool calling. I applied grounding, validation, and guardrails to support more reliable AI-generated analysis.

At Dana Incorporated, I designed and developed a content discovery and recommendation service, including feature-engineering workflows and recommendation and ranking logic. Earlier, at Realtyna, I developed responsive React interfaces and full-stack enterprise application functionality.
