At Vectara, I built and shipped the Factual Consistency Score inference pipeline and API integration, returning HHEM-2.1 scores alongside generated summaries for production RAG evaluation.
I also built the Tool Validator guardian agent, which checks proposed tool calls and returns pass, block, or corrective feedback. I owned its design through its December 2025 launch and deployed the Tool Validator service on Amazon EKS.
At Microsoft, I co-designed the integration between Azure Cognitive Search and Azure OpenAI that grounded generated answers in enterprise search results. I also developed semantic reranking and owned Azure OpenAI’s content-filtering pipeline.
Earlier, at Walden University, I implemented enhancements and bug fixes in C#/.NET applications and maintained SQL Server queries and reports. Across these roles, I’ve worked on AI platforms, retrieval, backend services, and distributed systems.
