At Business Reporter, I run the outreach systems, email deliverability and data behind a remote sales and call booker team. I manage Reply.io across 400+ email addresses and 150 sequences, maintaining 99%+ email deliverability across approximately 14,000 emails per week.
Previously, I opened Business Reporter’s second branch in Manchester and managed a team of seven while running my own pipeline. Team revenue grew from approximately £340k to £1.32m, and annual profit before recharged costs rose from approximately £24k to £261k.
