What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve CRM and business processes through Salesforce implementation, configuration, data integrity, integrations, requirements gathering, and user adoption support.

I've supported Salesforce discovery, adoption, and implementation for Golden Link's client, mapping legacy workflows and migrating them into Salesforce. I configured Salesforce Health Cloud, Health Cloud Console, Service Cloud, and CTI capabilities to help healthcare teams manage patients and call-center agents provide care.

At ShipGo Logistics, I streamlined shipping workflows from quoting and booking through shipment tracking using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. I created users, reports, dashboards, data-cleanup processes, and data-migration plans while resolving business problems with product owners and subject-matter experts.

I've also built KPI tools, optimization models, and operational reports for logistics decisions, using ETL processes to move data in and out of Salesforce. I'm a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder who values practical requirements gathering, process documentation, training, and coaching.
