I'm leading digital accessibility at Canada Life, where I manage AODA attestation data collection, revised the Digital Accessibility Standard, and delivered the Center for Digital Accessibility on SharePoint.
I've supported accessibility compliance across Canada Life, CIBC, Applause, CANAXESS, and Pearson Canada through WCAG audits, risk documentation, accessible component patterns, testing, policy updates, and training. At CIBC, I created a Digital Accessible Component Library, supported CIBC.com and Simplii.com testing, helped select aXe Monitor, and contributed to enterprise-wide accessibility support.
I bring hands-on front-end development and testing experience across web, Windows, PDF, and mobile environments using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, WAVE, aXe tools, HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
