Managed and reviewed daily quality assurance activities for a 22-member team, focusing on the migration of SNAP and TANF program software to a centralized web platform. Utilized Azure DevOps for end-to-end testing management, task tracking, and defect management, ensuring adherence to test processes across the SDLC.

Led functional and accessibility testing for the migration of educational software, developing test plans and managing test activities. Created and executed manual functional tests and accessibility test plans using Xray, while mentoring and training team members on quality processes and accessibility standards.

Led a QA team in testing the migration and consolidation of legacy call center desktop applications to a web platform, creating automation test cases using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, and Postman.
