I'm delivering a new internet banking platform for an Egyptian bank at Finshape, shaping product scope, requirements, user journeys, and production delivery across web and mobile.

I turn stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation, working closely with UX, architecture, and development teams. I also use Claude to improve analysis and delivery efficiency.

Previously, I led delivery of an in-house electricity-exchange integration solution at Second Foundation and helped deliver mortgage and loan products at Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna. My work has included BPMN process design, testing strategy, SQL reporting, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

I've also delivered POS, mobile financial, and investment-platform solutions at NCR, Adastra, and FNZ, supporting products used by more than 25,000 restaurants and over 10 million users. I bring experience across banking, finance, retail, and end-to-end software delivery.
