What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and improve enterprise, banking, mobile, and digital products where user research, design systems, workshops, and close product-engineering collaboration can improve customer experience and business outcomes.

I'm currently designing and optimizing digital banking products at tbi, improving customer experience and business outcomes through better services and processes.

At ZIRA, I lead product design for STC's telecommunications platform for client and invoice management. I established a company-wide design system and work closely with engineering and product teams to improve complex enterprise systems.

I've redesigned mobile banking experiences at Vision Bank using data-driven UX improvements, design sprints, user research, and iterative prototyping. My work spans B2C and mobile banking engagement and conversion.

Across Ministry of Programming, WeAreDevelopers, Bicom Systems, and YouPal Group, I've led research, prototyping, visual design, testing, and digital brand work. At Ministry of Programming, I helped increase engagement by 15%, improve design consistency by 40%, and reduce development time by 20%.
