I've built and shipped applied machine-learning products end to end, including Feel Layer, an emotion-detection system using independently fine-tuned Qwen 2.5 detectors, active learning, calibrated confidence thresholds, and local hardware.

I also built public hotel registers including Got Cosy and Got Hush with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel, and published Marco, a friend check-in iOS app, on the App Store. As co-founder of Humbl3, I brought an E-Ink hardware product for artists' streaming and social metrics to market internationally.

At Warner Music Group, I created and led Warner Connect into the company's most-used marketing tool, reaching 100M+ users and SEK 250M in revenue. I led cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle and supported major artist releases while driving 15M+ fan registrations.

I'm at home setting product vision, roadmaps, and KPIs while staying close enough to the technology to build the product myself. My background spans consumer and enterprise platforms, CRM, analytics, privacy, go-to-market, and applied AI.
