What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level Customer Service or Customer Success role where I can support customers, solve problems with empathy, learn CRM workflows such as HubSpot, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing within a collaborative team.

I’m an entry-level Customer Support / Customer Success candidate with hands-on experience from healthcare management and community outreach. Through my internship at WorldMedical Health Centre, I assisted with patient registration and record management, supported healthcare professionals in delivering quality care, and helped ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

I also volunteered with WorldMedical to help coordinate free medical outreach programs by engaging community members and supporting the team in organizing participants. I’m currently developing CRM expertise using HubSpot, and I’m eager to apply my communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing mindset to support operations and customer experience roles.
