I'm currently working remotely through ZIMWORX with three American background screening companies, adjudicating criminal records and conducting education and employment verifications. I support case escalations, compliance decisions, executive-ready reporting, and strict confidentiality standards.

I lead and mentor three remote verification and criminal-records adjudication teams, train new staff on adjudication standards, and work with ACCIO and DEVERUS to maintain accuracy and turnaround targets.

Previously, I managed employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and background checks at Fidem Global. At Baby Bird Nursery School in Abu Dhabi, I coordinated HR documentation, staff travel and visa processing, and acted as a liaison with ADEK, the Integrated Transport Centre, and the Ministry of Labour.

My earlier work includes managing legal calendars, court appearances, confidential documents, billing, and travel logistics for Antonio & Dzvetero Legal Practitioners, as well as lecturing and delivering ICDL training at NIIT.
