I've supported web and enterprise applications across Mega Viz Technologies and Tech Mahindra, resolving user-reported incidents, troubleshooting configurations, and documenting technical solutions.
At Tech Mahindra, I administered Salesforce by managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Data Loader migrations. I also investigated Salesforce and NetSuite integration issues while meeting SLA requirements.
In my Python development work, I build and maintain applications and scripts, debug errors, work with SQL data, and develop and test REST APIs and integrations. I use Git for source-code management and focus on practical backend problem-solving.
I also created MediPlantAI, a deep-learning web application using MobileNetV2 to identify medicinal plants from uploaded images and provide chatbot-assisted healthcare recommendations.
