What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply food technology, data analytics, and AI to consumer insights, sensory profiling, predictive quality systems, product strategy, and smart manufacturing.

I've managed large-scale e-commerce datasets at Teleperformance, annotating product categories and attributes to improve accurate, relevant customer-facing data.

At National Chiayi University in Taiwan, I researched kombucha innovation in a microbiology laboratory, conducting DPPH, ABTS, polyphenol, flavonoid, acidity, pH, TPC, and sensory testing. I developed kombucha variations using leaves and algae extracts while strengthening my analytical and research capabilities.

I've also developed environmentally friendly bakery packaging and new soft-cookie packaging and labeling at PT. Dyriana Bakery. I'm driven by how food technology, data analytics, and AI can support sensory profiling, market viability, predictive quality systems, and smart manufacturing.
