At Comisión Nacional de Regulación del Transporte (CNRT), I lead the Department of Personnel Management and Development, coordinating a team of 13 and HR priorities for an organization of national reach. I partner with authorities and managers on workforce structure, performance, development, and employee relations.
I advise on labor and union relations, collective agreements, negotiation, and conflict management. I also coordinate initiatives spanning recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee wellbeing.
As a Senior HR Analyst / Project Management professional at CNRT, I managed employee lifecycle processes and contributed to the evolution of HR toward a more integrated function. My projects included organizational design, job profiles, remote work, occupational health, and internal communications.
I develop reports and indicators to support audits and decisions, and I’m advancing HR digitalization through process redesign, Excel and Power BI dashboards, and applied generative AI. My ongoing Administration studies and training in Advertising Art inform how I approach organizational and people challenges.
