What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles in program/project/design leadership that value remote/hybrid delivery, design excellence, governance, and mentoring high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

I am a program, project and design management leader with 26 years' experience delivering integrated design and project management across KSA/MENA and South Africa. I lead concept-to-close-out delivery with PMO/stage-gate governance, design assurance and multi-discipline coordination.

I have built and coached high-performing remote and hybrid teams, embedding design excellence, agility, sustainability and compliance to codes and operator standards. I drive improvements in QA/QC, processes, governance and performance KPIs to compress approval cycles and reduce rework.

In senior roles I have led Stage-1/2 reviews on programs from millions to hundreds of billions SAR across ultra-luxury hospitality, residential, entertainment, infrastructure, aviation, healthcare and mobility, consistently aligning client objectives, risk, schedule and cost. I have delivered digital coordination improvements and authored SOPs, gateway templates and review frameworks.

I operate from South Africa with hybrid travel availability and currently provide consulting services focused on design management, stage-gate reviews, quality management and project governance to help clients deliver complex projects efficiently and to high standards.
