I’m looking for an e-commerce role where I can own daily order flow, strengthen customer support through CRM, edit product visuals for catalogs and social media, and use inventory and spreadsheets to increase conversions in a proactive team.

I’m an E-commerce Specialist with extensive experience in online store operations, customer service, and visual content creation. I focus on optimizing the full customer journey—from purchase to delivery—to improve user experience and results.
