I’m a Software Engineer intern focused on building automation and backend systems that turn messy workflows into reliable, measurable experiences. I enjoy integrating APIs end-to-end, designing for failure cases, and making systems easier to operate with clear documentation.

At Primeira Mesa, I built an AI chatbot that handles 15+ support categories, cutting manual tickets by 70% and response time by 80% across 3,000+ monthly chats. I also developed a multi-tenant WhatsApp ordering assistant with LLM workflows, payment gateways, and robust handling for rate limits, API retries, and failure scenarios.

I leverage n8n workflows to automate operational onboarding and reduce manual setup time for restaurants, while keeping the system maintainable. Previously at Meerkat Coding, I built a RAG-powered internal knowledge base to retrieve documentation via APIs and reduced engineer query load while speeding up time-to-information.

In my own project work, I constructed Ticket Hub, a Laravel multi-tenant help desk SaaS with workspaces, customer portals, REST APIs, RBAC, cryptographic invitations, Redis, queues, webhook retry mechanisms, and 60+ automated tests with CI. I’m currently studying Computer Science at the Federal University of Pelotas (expected 2027) and I bring a practical, test-minded approach to every feature I ship.
