I helped deliver a WhatsApp chatbot for Boehringer Ingelheim that replaced a manual promotional-campaign registration process with a conversational AI flow. I also implemented AI-driven customer interaction automation for DPSP.
I designed AI agents and RAG pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph, and contributed to the backend with NestJS and TypeScript. In the latest version, architecture and prompt optimization cut LLM costs by 85% and reduced response latency by more than 50%.
