What I'm looking for

I'm open to full relocation across the UK and Ireland and interested in estate, yacht, and private operations work, including private client coordination and lifestyle support.

In the Balearics, I run day-to-day operations, maintenance, and guest services for high-end luxury charters. I handle technical issues personally while managing budgets and scheduling, and maintain a 95%+ client satisfaction rate through attentive service and fast issue resolution.

I coordinate guest travel logistics, itineraries, and transfers as part of the charter experience. I also manage vendor relationships and routine maintenance contracts, and use digital tools and AI workflows to streamline scheduling, reporting, and daily admin.

Alongside full-time employment, I jointly caretake a privately owned 5-bedroom villa in North Mallorca with my spouse. We supervise contractors and property staff, handle day-to-day issues and emergencies while guests are in residence, and act as the owners’ on-the-ground point of contact year-round.

Earlier, I managed yacht sales and projects at Multimar Yachting, coordinated charter operations and refit projects, and ran day-to-day operations for a 150+ berth marina. My qualifications include RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and Master Skipper Qualifications, and I speak fluent English, French, and Spanish, with basic Italian.
