At SEREMI DE VIVIENDA BIOBÍO, I led risk management under the NCh-ISO 31000:2012 standard and analyzed 14 processes and 40 subprocesses. I also led process improvement work that introduced four protocols and 16 control mechanisms.
I managed information about post-earthquake reconstruction, ministerial objectives, and projects across 54 municipalities, helping make reliable information available for decision-making. I also responded to information requests from authorities, the press, and citizens under Chile’s Transparency Law.
As Project Executive for IRADE’s Foco In Biobío Program, I managed its preparation, implementation, and closing stages. I supported 30 projects that secured CLP 129 million in funding and identified 60 participating microenterprises.
I’ve also worked as a trainer and facilitator, including training more than 50 female entrepreneurs in business model development and presentation. Alongside my business work, I’m a professional musician and, since 2025, a member of the teaching staff at School of Rock Concepción.
