Scrum Master in international projects of new scrum features of about 8
members, including programmers at various levels, QAs, and BAs, with whom
I shared the scrum values and practices. I removed their blocks. I developed
professionals, making them autonomous and self-leaners. I protected the
Scrum team from external interference, making them more productive and
efficient.

I'm currently working as a Business Analyst Specialist in an agile environment.
Currently developing improvement on the client's loyalty program, turning
it into a disruptive, fast, secure, and comfortable user experience for its
customers. Our solution is being deployed and approved wide world on the
main markets of our client.

My client is from the retail food segment. My daily task involves working with
great professionals from the U.S. with roles such as Project Managers, Agile
Coaches, Tech Leaders, Scrum Masters, Dev Leaders, Business Analysts,
Q.E., and Developers and also working with same-level professionals here,
in Brazil, helping and sharing the responsibility with them to provide the best
quality possible.

As a Business Analyst, for more than two years, I have been working on the
company’s MacDonald’s account. Initially, I worked on the account’s first
application development project in one of the most critical client markets
(Japan), gathering requirements, creating, editing, and reviewing the feature’s
design specification documents.

I worked as a Requirements Analyst in the state's Fire Department headquarters project using the Scrum Framework, responsible for customer contact regarding new demands and clearing questions about the features already delivered. Also in charge of the analysis, management, and documentation of the system requirements.

I was in charge of the SEFAZ (the state’s Secretary of Finance) production
systems support team, where, by working as a Scrum Master, following
the Lean Best Practices, we have reached the recognized improvement of
systems response time, stability, and quality. New features, improvements,
and bug fixes respecting the SLA and the business needs.

Functional analysis, tests, and training in the state's Court of Justice HR
systems. Approval of new releases, analysis of errors, opening, and follow-up
of tickets for the solution team.
