At Michael Okpara UniAgric Microfinance Bank, I maintain Vino Banking Pro and connected applications, support users, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. I also oversee backups and advise management on system and server upgrades.
In my current role, I review access control logs, monitor the bank's network with Advance IP scanner, and contribute to risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. I train staff on information security and recommend improvements to security procedures and systems.
