What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, business analysis, or process improvement role where I can use data, reporting, workflow coordination, and stakeholder engagement to improve service delivery.

I'm supporting Public Employment Services at the Department of Employment and Labour, helping jobseekers access labour-market services while maintaining accurate registration, profile, and employment information in ESSA.

I've coordinated operations and stakeholder communication for LOQDown Africa projects, including the FIBA U18 AfroBasket Tournament. My work has included operational information analysis, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups in time-sensitive environments.

With academic grounding in Industrial Psychology, people analytics, workforce planning, and research methods, I'm building capability in Excel and Power BI to support business analysis, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
