I’m a data professional with over 5 years of experience supporting data analytics, programme administration, stakeholder engagement, and reporting functions across education, training, and workforce development programmes. I focus on data collection, validation, cleaning, KPI tracking, performance reporting, database management, and programme evaluation.

In my current role as a Data Coordinator, I verify training and participant records for accuracy, integrity, and compliance, resolve discrepancies across registers and systems, and monitor KPIs to measure programme performance. I prepare and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with partners on progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate databases and reporting records to support decision-making.

Previously, as a Junior Data Analyst, I maintained programme databases, collected and cleaned data across systems and spreadsheets, and produced monthly reports on learner engagement and programme effectiveness. I also bring programme delivery experience from supporting data analytics masterclasses, maintaining learner records and attendance tracking, and contributing to digital solutions—building websites with HTML and no-code/low-code tools and creating data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
