As a dedicated and results-driven professional, I have built a diverse background in client service, project administration, and business analysis. My career began at Standard Bank, where I received recognition for excellence. I then transitioned to IQ Business, further developing my skills in project administration and consulting. Despite facing challenges in 2020, I remained committed to professional growth, eventually securing a permanent role as a Junior Business Analyst at Johannesburg Housing Company in 2021, where I continue to excel.

In my current role, I have provided project administration support on various ad hoc projects, reported on departmental finances, and ensured compliance with IT policies. I have also managed non-technical projects, including the creation of JHC Bizz and digital forms. My strong analytical and problem-solving skills have enabled me to excel in data analysis and visualization.

With a strong passion for training and facilitation, I have provided training on various internal systems and tools to internal stakeholders.
