I’m a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented owner-operator with hands-on experience communicating with customers and clients through phone, WhatsApp, and social media. I focus on customer engagement, clear communication, and problem-solving to keep orders and conversations on track.

In my current owner and operator role, I communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and resolve concerns about orders. I also manage a WhatsApp Business Channel and social media presence to engage customers, promote products, and build trust for repeat business.

I provide after-sales support with patience and professionalism—handling order inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints while staying reliable and organized. I’m comfortable working independently from a mobile device and I’m quick to learn new tools and systems.

Previously, I worked as an affiliate agent promoting products to customers and answering questions about orders and delivery. I communicated across WhatsApp and Facebook to guide customers through purchases, ensuring clear next steps and smooth communication.
