I am a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer with hands-on experience managing OpenStack-based infrastructure, cloud orchestration and system monitoring. I deploy secure, scalable environments and work to improve operational reliability.

At Cleura AB I managed and maintained OpenStack platforms, handled Heat Orchestration Templates (HOT), and supported PoC processes for clients. I participated in incident, problem, and change management and ensured timely support for internal teams and external stakeholders.

I automate operational workflows using Bash and basic Python, and I use tools like OP5 and iLert for monitoring and incident scheduling. I collaborate closely with supervisors, colleagues, and clients, and I have been recognized for adapting quickly to new challenges.

I am passionate about cloud security, infrastructure hardening, and incident response, and I continuously learn cloud-native tools and best practices to strengthen operations and automation.
