What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an IT Support role where I can apply my hands-on practice with Windows, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, along with my understanding of incident and ticket management.

At Scontinent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I gained practical exposure to AI/ML concepts and technical problem-solving as an AI/ML Intern. I worked on an AI-powered Text-to-Image project and completed assigned project deliverables.

My hands-on IT support practice includes troubleshooting Windows performance, startup, application, login, software, peripheral, and configuration issues using Task Manager, Command Prompt, and Windows utilities.

I’ve also practiced diagnosing network connectivity issues and managing incident tickets, escalations, and troubleshooting documentation. My technical practice includes Linux commands for file management, permissions, processes, and basic system troubleshooting.
