At Paysera Bulgaria, I translated market, customer, and operational needs into product changes during the EUR migration. I also worked across banking, KYC, AML, transfers, routing integrations, and UX improvements.

I co-founded Tabletap.bg and took it from an initial hypothesis to a live restaurant reservation platform with 90+ end customers. I defined its features and revenue model, designed core workflows, and led development with a software engineer co-founder.

At Econt Express, I led go-to-market execution for the Türkiye–Bulgaria expansion and used Power BI to analyze customer acquisition and churn. I also led a prototype for setting company annual goals, prepared stakeholder and board updates, and analyzed product flows and customer journeys.
